Fast & Reliable Shipping from Our EU Warehouse

All orders are fulfilled from our European warehouse hub in Venray, Netherlands, ensuring quick and efficient delivery across the EU, including The Netherlands, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and beyond.

Estimated Delivery Times within the EU/Netherlands:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery Within Europe

  • FREE express shipping for orders over €99.
  • FREE standard delivery for orders over €49.
  • €5.99 for standard delivery on orders €48.99 or under. 

Details:

  • Orders are fulfilled from the warehouse in Netherlands.
  • Dr. Pen dispatches orders daily, Monday to Friday.
  • Once the item is posted, the transaction will be marked “Shipped” and you will receive an email notification. If you have any questions about your order, please get in touch with our customer support team.
  • Any additional import or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Pre-Order Item

If your order contains multiple products and one of them is a preorder item, the entire order will be held until the preorder item becomes available.

This means that all items in your order will be shipped together in a single delivery once the preorder product is ready for dispatch. If you want the available items to ship sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and preorder items or contacting us.

Overseas Purchases

For overseas purchases, customers are expected to comply with all laws and regulations of the country where they will receive the goods. Before making a purchase, customers must ensure that the item can be lawfully imported, which may be subject to import duties and taxes. We have no control over any additional customs charges or documents required and cannot predict what they may be. As customs policies vary from country to country, please check with your local customs office on the import terms for your country.

Please note that international orders may take 4-6 weeks to deliver.
