How to Verify the Genuine Dr. Pen Device
Genuine Dr. Pen devices carry a verification label/security code and serial number that can be verified through the official verification system. If a device cannot be successfully verified, please contact the supplier/Dr. Pen for further assistance.
Steps:
1. Look for the Dr. Pen Genuine Verification Seal
2. Scratch to see the entire QR and Security Code
3. You can then verify your device in either of two ways:
- Scan the QR code on the seal with your phone camera, or
- Enter the code manually at https://drpen.com/verify

Verification for the Hydra Pen (H5/H6) and Bio Pen Q2 is not available on this verification page, as these models use a different verification system.
